Our client is a large multi national manufacturing business who are looking for a Process Improvement Manager who will be responsible for defining and delivering digital strategy across the division.

Main Responsibilities 

  • In partnership with senior leadership team identify business opportunities to use digital technology to improve design excellence, information flow, and design for manufacture.
  • Provide strategic direction to define, create and execute roadmaps to implement needed process and technology improvements.
  • Build the foundations to increase the pace of digital change within the operations function of the organization
  • Leading/managing a variety of process improvement projects by creating clear plans, timelines, resource requirements, etc.
  • Successfully delivering critical systems on time and on budget, ensuring that they meet the needs and expectations of business leaders
  • Providing pragmatic solutions recognizing that “one size fits all” solutions do not always exist but balancing the need for customization / innovation with the practicalities of business realities.
  • Working across the MP businesses and functions to provide effective and efficient solutions that support our transformation priorities.

Candidate Profile 

  • Degree in relevant discipline.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment ideally within a process improvement role.
  • Experience & understanding of Industry 4.0 and how the Digital Thread can drive real world transformation in a manufacturing company
  • Significant ERP & PLM experience
  • Good understanding of design engineering, manufacturing engineering, sourcing, and downstream business processes
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplined organization and leverage the expertise of peers when needed
  • Project portfolio management and execution
