Our client is seeking an experienced Regional People Partner to join its multi-site organisation based in NI.  This is a new and strategically important role that will shape and deliver the people agenda, partnering closely with the senior team to drive organisational performance, culture and capability.

You will act as the critical link between strategic HR planning and day-to-day operational realities, ensuring that people initiatives are delivered consistently and embedded effectively across multiple sites.

This is a highly visible and influential role, requiring strong stakeholder engagement and regular presence across all sites.

The Role

  • Partnering with senior operational leaders to shape and deliver regional people strategies aligned to organisational priorities.
  • Leading the delivery of key people cycles across the region, including performance management, reward, talent development and succession planning.
  • Using people data and insight to diagnose challenges, identify root causes and develop targeted interventions.
  • Providing strategic leadership and direction to a team of People Partners, ensuring consistent and high-quality support across multiple sites.
  • Coaching and developing People Partners, strengthening their capability to manage complex people issues and support leaders effectively.
  • Leading organisational change and transformation initiatives, supporting leaders to implement new ways of working and embed cultural and behavioural change.
  • Influencing decision-making by providing insight-led advice on organisational capability, workforce planning and leadership effectiveness.
  • Supporting leadership development, talent progression and the creation of strong succession pipelines aligned to future organisational needs.
  • Building strong relationships with employees, leaders and representative bodies to ensure the colleague voice is reflected in people activity.
  • Driving consistency, continuous improvement and the effective implementation of people policies and initiatives across the region.

 

The Person

  • Proven experience operating as a senior HR Business Partner or People Partner within complex, fast-paced organisations.
  • Demonstrated success designing and delivering strategic people plans that translate organisational priorities into impactful activity across multiple sites.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability, with experience partnering senior operational leaders.
  • Experience leading or developing HR / People Partner teams, creating clarity, building capability and driving high performance.
  • Deep expertise in talent management, succession planning and leadership development, with the ability to build strong pipelines aligned to future organisational needs.
  • Experience supporting or leading organisational change and transformation programmes.
  • Strong analytical capability, using people data and insight to diagnose challenges and measure the impact of interventions.
  • Experience contributing to organisational design and workforce planning initiatives.
  • High levels of adaptability, curiosity and learning agility, with the resilience to thrive in dynamic environments.
